Mental Health
For over 40 years we have led the way and practiced our belief in social inclusion and recovery. We believe that mental health is everyone’s right and supporting people to achieve their self directed goals is a key step to mental well being. We believe that recovery is a journey, and is unique for each person. We believe the achievement of the best possible quality of life for each individual lies at the heart of the recovery journey.
The people we support are central to everything we do. We believe that you are unique, and should have the opportunity to take control over your life and your choices. We encourage you to develop new meanings and purposes. We work alongside you and other people who are important in your life, always emphasing your individual needs, choices and aspirations.
We take a recovery focused approach in supporting you to:
- Be active and central to decisions about your support and have as much control over this support as possible
- take part in activities you determine and value,
- live in accommodation that promotes your dignity, independence and recovery
- achieve new levels of self-confidence and independence
