National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

NDIS is the National Disability Insurance Scheme – a way of providing community linking and individualised support for people with permanent and significant disability, their families and carers.

Richmond Fellowship is a registered provider and we  support people with a primary psychosocial disability.

Provider Registration Id:  4-3LLK-1373.

We are registered in the ACT and NSW to provide the following;

0101 Accommodation/Tenancy  – Supported Independent Living,  Individual Living Options, Short and Medium Term Accommodation – Prices vary according to need
0104 Assist Personal Activities High (within accommodation supports)
0106 Assist-Life Stage, Transition – Support Coordination ($100.14 ph) and Peer Mentoring ($65.09ph) and Recovery Coaching ($85.62ph)
0107 Assist-Personal Activities (within accommodation supports)
0108 Assist-Travel/Transport
0115 Daily Tasks/Shared Living (within accommodation supports)
0117 Development-Life Skills
0120 Household Tasks (within accommodation supports)
0125 Participate Community
0128 Therapeutic Supports
0136 Group/Centre Activities – Group activities Community ($16.90ph-$57.10ph), Centre ($19.07ph – $59.27ph)
